See How Far We Have Come
2023 has been an exceptional year with heartwarming accomplishments at the Feet of Grace Foundation. We took every opportunity to celebrate and be thankful for Ten years since the Feet of Grace has been in motion, going to places we could never have imagined since July 2013.
In August, we paused to breathe and reflect on how far God has brought the Feet of Grace in the journey beyond amputation. We took time to review, reevaluate, refresh and recalibrate. We recognized that we could only have come this far because we are blessed with the gift of good friends.
Thank you very much for thinking about us and keeping us in mind against all the odds of the economic challenges you have to contend with in times like these. Your support means so much more to us, knowing the sacrifice you make each time you reach out to us. We appreciate you.
See how far you have helped us in 2023:
We have completed the prosthetic rehabilitation of nine amputees, and five more are in various stages of the process. We repaired one limb and initiated the repair of another limb. Eight women received support for small-scale businesses. Two students on scholarship completed their senior secondary school education, and we have two more still on scholarship. We now have 80 members in our Amputees Support Group who are inspired and motivated daily to live a productive and fulfilling life beyond amputation.

Our goal for this landmark year of Feet of Grace in Motion is to give at least Twenty limbs and other support to thirty beneficiaries. We are making good progress towards accomplishing this goal, and we know with you in our corner, we will exceed our dreams for 2023 despite the challenging economic climate in the country.
Because of the commitment and dedication of the friends of Feet of Grace, we have initiated the extension of our activities into three other African countries that have consistently walked with us over the past eight years since we started walking so amputees can walk again—Uganda, Kenya and Ghana. As we advance, the funds they raised in their countries will be used to support the rehabilitation of amputees in these countries. Uganda has already identified two amputees for support in 2023.
We renew our vigor and passion to go the extra mile to make a difference for people with missing limbs. We have rested and refreshed. We are set to take on the last trimester of 2023 so we can finish the year strong.
Together, we will continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of our beneficiaries and inspire a future filled with possibilities.
